How far are the various international Swiss airports from the Sursee campus?
From Zurich Kloten Airport: 80 km, journey time approx. 2 hours by train, approx. 1.5 hours by car.
From EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse: 80 km, journey time approx. 2 hours by train, approx. 1 hour 20 minutes by car
From Geneva Airport: 240 km, journey time 3 hours 20 minutes by train, approx. 3 hours by car.
Is transport organised from the airport to the Sursee campus?
No. You organise your own transport to and from the venue, and Swiss trains are very comfortable and convenient. We recommend planning your journey by public transport. You can find all connections quickly and easily with the free Swiss Federal Railways SBB app:

Destination: Sursee train station. From there, take the Postbus directly to the Campus Sursee stop. The Postbus runs every half hour on weekdays and every hour at weekends.
You can buy your tickets online at www.sbb.ch or at the airport station.

Is there a car park?
Yes, there is ample outdoor parking directly in front of the hotel or in the multi-storey car park. These are subject to a charge.
The long-term car parks P1 and P3 cost a maximum of CHF 8.00 per day.
When does the Retreat start?
The retreat starts on Thursday 10 July 2025 punctually at 3:30 p.m.
You must register for the retreat in advance between 12:30 - 3:15 p.m.
You can also check in for your hotel room directly at the hotel reception between 2:00 - 3:15 p.m.
If you arrive earlier, you have the option of booking lunch between 11:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. This is available to purchase at "Packages & Prices".
When does the Retreat end?
The retreat ends on Sunday 14 July 2025 at 3:30 p.m.
The levels will take place afterwards. You can see the exact times in the menu under "Schedule".
What clothes should I take with me?
Comfortable clothing is recommended.The outside temperatures in Switzerland in July are between 15 and 30 °C. We therefore recommend bringing a light jacket and long trousers.
The hall is pleasantly air-conditioned and well ventilated. Street shoes are not permitted in the hall.
Can I change my room category from a single room to a double room or vice versa?
Yes, this is possible. Please contact us via the contact form.
My family is coming with me, but they are not taking part in the Retreat. Do you have any tips on what they could do?
There are many tourist attractions in the region. You can find these in the menu under "Tourism".
Sursee Campus does not offer family rooms, only single and double rooms are available. Please contact us for additional bookings.
Can I bring my children to the retreat?
No, neither your children nor your family can stay overnight with you in the retreat hotel.
We do not offer childcare and the stay on the Campus Sursee premises is not suitable for children or families.
Of course, your family can stay in accommodation nearby while you are at the retreat. HERE you will find a selection of accommodation nearby for your family members.
I would like to arrive earlier or depart later. Can I book additional nights?
If you would like to arrive a night earlier or stay longer, please book this directly via "Packages & Prices"
We will book for you so that we can ensure that you can keep the same room for your entire stay - so please make sure you choose the same room category as your package.
What are the hotel's check-in and check-out times?
Check-In: From 2.00 pm
Check-Out: Until 11.00 am
Can I visit the SPA or the gym?
Yes, this is possible. The SPA costs CHF 10 for 2 hours, admission to the gym is CHF 10.
Which Masters are leading the retreat?
The energy of Grand Master Choa Kok Sui will guide us in the Retreat. Master Danny and Master Hector will guide us through the program of the Retreat.
How and when do I find out my seat number?
You will be informed of your seat number by email in good time before the Retreat.
Seats will be allocated upon receipt of your registration and payment. The earlier you register, the further forward you will be seated. The seat allocation is valid for the entire retreat.
The loudspeaker system ensures that the Teachings are clearly audible throughout the room.
Which languages are available for the translation?
We have translations in:
- German
- French
- Italian
The Masters teach in English.
If you would like to come to the Retreat with a group that needs a different translation: contact us via the contact form if you would like to do the translation for this group.
Packing list for the retreat
- Comfortable clothes for 4-5 days
- Light jacket
- Slippers/sandals
- AY manual, paper and pens/pencils fpr mptes
- Objects and wishes to be blessed

- Towel for Purification by earth (we will lie on the grass)
- For the budget rooms: Towels
- Light snacks as required
- Own drinking bottle. It can be filled with fresh water on site. In Switzerland, the tap water is of very good quality
Bath towels in the room
Towels are available in all rooms except for the Budget rooms.
For the Budget room: please bring your own towel with you.
Should you choose not to or are not able to, you may obtain one for CHF 5 from reception and pay directly there.
What's the weather like in Switzerland in July?
It is usually sunny and warm in Switzerland in summer, but it can also rain. The temperature is between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius.
If you are planning a trip to the mountains and glaciers, take closed, sturdy shoes and a warm jacket with you - it can be windy and very cold there!
Will I receive a blue triangle?
Yes, everyone receives a blue triangle at the registration.
What meals are included in the retreat package?
This is an all-inclusive Retreat. All meals are included throughout the Retreat. This means:
- Thursday - Dinner
- Friday - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Saturday - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Sunday - Breakfast and Lunch
If you are attending Level 1/2, the following are also included:
- Sunday - Dinner
- Monday - Breakfast
If you are attending Level 3.1/3.2, the following are also included in addition to Level 1/2:
- Monday - Lunch
Would you like to book additional meals?
Please book all your additional meals in advance via "Packages & Prices".
PS: You are not allowed to consume your own food in the restaurant.

We will be happy to pre-book your meal. Please book all your additional meals in advance via "Packages & Prices".
Breakfast is included with the hotel stay.
The self-service restaurant UNO is open at these times:
- Lunch: 11.15-13.15
- Dinner: 17.15-19.00
PS: You are not allowed to consume your own food in the restaurant.
Are the meals vegetarian or vegan?
Yes, you can choose between a vegetarian and a vegan option for all meals.
I have food intolerances or allergies
The kitchen team can take your needs into consideration. Please let us know in advance via the contact form so that we can arrange this.
Can I get a tourist SIM for my mobile phone?
If you want to buy a prepaid SIM card, you can do so directly at the airport, in all larger post offices or supermarkets, at most kiosks or in the shops of Swiss telephone providers.
There are various offers with different durations.You can also buy an E-SIM.
Swiss airports and our hotel offer free WIFI.
I would like to book a sightseeing tour. Can you recommend a travel agency?
Yes, if you would like to spend a few days in Switzerland before or after the retreat, we recommend the Switzerland Travel Center.

I need to cancel my booking. What do I do?
This is possible. The general cancellation conditions apply, which you can see under "Packages & Prices".
If you are unable to travel and can find someone else to take over your booking, we can transfer your booked package free of charge. However, we cannot help you find someone who can take over your booked package.

I would like to repeat my level. How do I register?
Select your level and room category under Packages & Prices. You are now registered to repeat your level.
Registration is complete once we have received your payment.
I would like to take a new level. How do I register?
Step 1
Read through the info PDF (LINK HERE) and check whether you fulfil the requirements to apply.
Step 2
Select your new level and room category under Packages & Prices. Registration is complete once we have received your payment.
Step 3
Fill in the application form truthfully and add a photo of yourself.
Step 4
Submit the form and all required certificates.
We will then contact you to let you know whether you have been admitted to the new level.
I'm not sure yet whether I want to apply for a new level or not. How do I go about it?
We have put together a PDF with all the information about the levels. Please read through it. Once you have decided whether you want to apply for a new level, you can register for it.
If you have already registered and would like to change something later, please contact us via the contact form.
When will I be informed whether I have been accepted for the new level?
Your application will be reviewed by the Institute for Inner Studies in Manila. We have no influence on the time of the review.
You will be informed by e-mail by 30 June 2025 at the latest whether you have been admitted to the new level.
If you have not received an email from us after 1 July 2025, please get in touch via the contact form.
What happens if I am not accepted for the new level?
You will be informed by e-mail. Of course you are welcome to join us as a repeater in your current AY level.
We will refund the overpaid portion of the course costs for the higher level. The costs for overbooked hotel accommodation and meals cannot be refunded.
Should you therefore wish to cancel your booking for the retreat, please note our cancellation conditions. From 01.06.2025 we can no longer arrange refunds.
