  • Take daily salt baths/showers.
  • Pay careful attention to what you eat this week. Minimise your meat consumption.
  • Maintain and transform your sexual energy.
  • Minimise negative thoughts and emotions.
  • Cleanse your energy body with Pranic Healing. Cut off unauthorised connections daily.
  • Optional colon cleansing with psyllium husks.
